You might say Fran’s introduction to real estate sales came about 30 plus years ago when she noticed a “for sale” sign in front of a perfect dream house for a family member. The rest is history as that family member purchased the home and happily lives there to this day.

Fran’s actual career path has been as an executive assistant—she understands how to take care of people and their business. One particularly relevant position was as an assistant for a real estate attorney in the suburbs. There she was involved for many years with both the legal end of the buying and selling of various types of real estate property and business transactions. Fran‘s real estate experience on the legal side and her administrative assistant career bring her skills full circle. She understands how to meet the needs of her clients. She is thrilled to be able to work for herself while helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams. With great energy and a positive attitude, Fran’s approach is to make buying or selling a home a good experience for everyone. She genuinely cares for her clients. She is intuitive and sensitive to their needs and desires. Her knowledge of the Chicago’s Gold Coast, Loop, West Loop, South Loop, Taylor Street, TriTaylor, Hyde Park, South Side neighborhoods and also Chicago’s North and Western suburbs makes her an effective advocate.

Fran is frequently on the move—running, ice-skating and biking. Her passive interests include personal development, traveling and gardening (if you can call these passive). She has served as a certified divorce mediator and President of her homeowners association. She is a former Girl and Cub Scout leader and religious education instructor.

A truly happy person, Fran has endured many hardships in her life but she is stronger and more confident as a result. She understands that the best lemonade comes from real lemons! She is actively involved with and most proud of her four children who range in age from 20 to 28, all successful in their chosen careers and schools.
